Return of goods and warranty service

Quality goods can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods.

You can recover the paid amount in two ways:
- the money will be transferred to your bank account;
- discount coupon in our store.
If loyalty points were used during the payment for the placed order, when returning at least one product of the order, the refund is made in the following way: return of loyalty points to the account + return of the remaining part of the money paid for the returned product to the bank account from which the payment was made (if loyalty points have been accumulated amount does not cover the value of the returned item).

Return by courier:
- fill out the return form or write an e-mail by mail info@beautykit.lt;
- email receive confirmation by letter;
- send the goods to us by courier;
- enjoy the returned money. :)

When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
- The returned product must be in its original, neat packaging. Note: you can remove the tapes for closing the package to inspect the product;
- Quality assembled or attempted to assemble furniture cannot be returned;
- The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
- The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) and must retain its usable properties. Note: This clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product;
- The returned Product must be of the same configuration as the Buyer received;
- The product cannot be used;
- Does not apply to low-quality goods;
- Non-returnable goods that were not purchased from the Seller or that were intentionally or negligently damaged.

If the value of the returned goods is more than 200 euros and the return is without valid reasons, the initial shipping costs are also deducted from the returned amount.

The return of goods of suitable quality is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided by Articles 6.228-10 and 6.228-11 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
Based on Article 6.363, Part 8 of the Civil Code, we note that the buyer does not have the right to terminate the contract if the lack of the item is insignificant.

Conditions for providing warranty service:
- When assembling the furniture, the buyer follows the assembly instructions attached to the furniture.
- The furniture was used as intended and maintained according to the maintenance rules.
- The warranty applies to defects in the quality of goods caused by the fault of the manufacturer and the transportation of the goods by the seller's transport.
- The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to naturally worn parts of goods and furniture fabric.

The buyer loses the right to free warranty service in the following cases:
- The goods were damaged due to the buyer's fault.
- The furniture was damaged due to force majeure.

Warranty process:
If you notice product defects during the warranty period, contact us by e-mail at info@beautykit.lt and attach a photo or other visual material that clearly shows the mentioned defects. We undertake to eliminate production defects identified during the warranty period within 15-45 calendar days from the day of registration of the claim. We will correct, complete or replace any other quantitative or qualitative discrepancies at our expense. It is important to mention that the manufacturer's warranty does not apply to naturally worn parts of goods or furniture fabric.

In the event that after purchasing the product, you notice that it is of poor quality, you have the right to return it within 24 months from the date of its delivery. In this case, we replace the low-quality product with a high-quality one free of charge, or return the money paid.
