Seaweed extract - moisturizes and softens - it is an abundance of vitamins and minerals

Usage: after removing make-up, distribute the toner evenly on the skin of the face, neck and décolleté using cosmetic discs. After absorption, serum or cream can be applied. Can be used morning and evening.
