Sitting for a long time with the head tilted (e.g. at work, at the computer) puts excessive strain on the cervical spine. As a result, the proper flow of blood and nutrients is disturbed and even the nerves are pressed.

The neck is a sensitive part of the body, so long-term pressure can cause: headache (migraine), drowsiness, lack of energy, nausea, concentration problems, perception problems, pain in various parts of the body.

The contoured pillow aims to restore the correct anatomical position of the cervical spine and to inculcate the habit of maintaining correct posture. It is made of 100% polyurethane foam, the hardness of which is specially selected - to ensure comfort and support faster muscle regeneration. In addition, the numerous bumps stimulate the corresponding nerve endings, resulting in immediate relaxation. It helps relieve pain associated with conditions such as chronic and persistent headaches.

Suitable for practicing yoga and meditation - supports concentration and allows complete relaxation during use.
