Woson New Tanco 8L compact autoclave is indispensable equipment that will be useful in every beauty salon, nail salon and other places where it is important to maintain the sterility of tools used during procedures. Sterilization with the highest medical class B autoclave ensures the full efficiency and safety of the process, thus facilitating the maintenance of high hygiene standards in the salon. The equipment is designed to sterilize medical and non-medical instruments, packaged and unpackaged, uniform, recessed type A and porous objects. Only qualified personnel who have the knowledge and proper training to work with this type of equipment must work with the device.

Improve functionality

The device has a control panel with an LED display that allows you to select the right programs or settings and follow the process. The integrated thermal printer allows you to print confirmation of the sterilization process with information such as: cycle date and time, temperature changes, pressure. In addition, there is a connection at the back of the device that also allows you to connect a special printer if necessary, and through the USB input, the results of the sterilization can also be recorded in digital format on the included memory card. Built-in distilled and used water tanks significantly improve performance. The device has the function of controlling the quality of distilled water. The self-diagnosis system informs you when an error occurs by displaying relevant messages, such as a door not properly closed or the need to empty the tank or change the water, reducing the risk of equipment damage. 

Sterilization, testing and cleaning programs available

The autoclave is programmed with: 4 sterilization programs, 2 test programs that allow you to perform three tests: the vacuum test, the B&D test and the spiral test Helix Test - a program for regular maintenance and cleaning. Pipes (Automatic Pipe Cleaning) and a drying program that meets the drying requirements of a higher standard (Drying Function). This allows you to select parameters according to individual needs and the prepared load. It is also possible to set and save your own sterilization parameters using the personalized mode (CUSTOM).
